Mailroom Sorter

Lexington, KY

Training Pay (3-6 weeks): $15 an hour, which may be below your state's minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying.

Production Pay: Piece Rate Pay

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-clean desk, some Saturdays required

About the Role:

Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to roll up your sleeves? We're looking for a Mailroom Sorter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and organization. If you enjoy hands-on work and being part of a supportive team, this could be the opportunity for you.

Job Details:

  • Sort incoming documents and mail

  • Remove staples, envelopes, and organize documents for digital processing

  • Maintain a clean and secure work area, following company protocols

  • Sitting for extended periods to meet production needs

Requirements :

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older

  • Must have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States

  • Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check

  • Must be able to work Saturdays

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary for this role is $15.00.
