As a Franchise Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of your Taco Bell restaurant, collaborating closely with your team of Assistant Managers and Shift Managers. Your responsibilities will include interviewing, hiring, and training new staff, conducting performance evaluations, overseeing financial management, and ensuring exceptional product quality and customer service.

Your Role:
  • Ensure all staff members complete their duties and provide safe, high-quality food in a welcoming environment.
  • Create a safe workplace for Team Members and customers alike.
  • Quickly and professionally address and resolve customer complaints.
  • Follow and enforce cash, security, inventory, and labor policies and procedures.
  • Manage difficult HR situations, including disciplinary actions and terminations.
  • Adopt an entrepreneurial mindset in managing your restaurant.
  • Ensure smooth payroll operations and accurate hours are recorded, maintaining communication with the payroll department.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Franchise Restaurant Manager position will possess:

  • A self-motivated, ambitious, and engaging personality.
  • Outstanding team leadership skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • A proven background in P&L accountability.
  • The ability to lead by example and instill a sense of urgency among staff members.
  • Basic computer proficiency, especially in email and basic software usage.
  • Reliability in transportation.
