The Opportunity:

Present our wealth management solutions to high-net-worth prospects while enhancing their investment experience. You will be supported by a dedicated Director of Sales who will ensure you receive comprehensive training and resources for your success. Our collaborative support team across sales, client services, marketing, and research will be your advantage.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Transform prospects into clients by demonstrating the unique value of our offerings.
  • Engage with high-net-worth individuals, assessing their financial landscape and providing tailored solutions.
  • Educate potential clients about the diverse services offered by our firm.
  • Participate in continuous training covering advanced sales techniques, finance, capital markets, and portfolio management.
  • This is a home office position with opportunities to meet prospects both in person and virtually within your territory.

Your Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services.
  • Valid FINRA Series 65 license or a combination of FINRA Series 7 and 66 preferred.
  • A proven track record driving results and achieving sales success.
  • Experience in handling high-volume phone interactions as well as in-person meetings.

Compensation:

  • This is a commission-based role, with earnings potential ranging from $100,000 base salary downward, directly tied to your contributions.
  • Enjoy uncapped performance-based earnings, with the opportunity to achieve a 7-figure income, where typical earnings can reach the mid to high 6 figures within two years.
