The Vehicle Cleaning Specialist will be an essential part of our team, responsible for providing top-notch service while cleaning both the interior and exterior of customer vehicles. You’ll ensure that each customer leaves our facility feeling satisfied and valued.

Compensation: We offer competitive pay with daily cash tips Earn an average of $18 per hour, with our highest performers making over $21 per hour.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a current and valid driver's license.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance in accordance with our company policy.
  • Ability to perform all essential functions safely, ensuring the safety of yourself and others.

Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly clean customer vehicles following the selected wash package standards.
  • Greet customers enthusiastically and assist them in and out of their vehicles.
  • Drive vehicles onto and off the conveyor while managing traffic flow and vehicle programming.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment year-round to enhance the customer experience by picking up trash and cleaning visible areas.
  • Wash and dry cleaning towels, fill and stock supplies, and keep storage areas clean.
  • Follow all Waterway policies and safety procedures diligently.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

Physical Requirements:

  • Environmental: Work outdoors year-round, facing varying temperatures and weather conditions.
  • Physical: Stand for extended periods, bend, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and perform tasks at a fast pace.
  • Vision and Hearing: Must have good visual acuity and hearing to respond to sounds and alarms.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required for effective communication with team members and customers.
  • Attendance: Regular and punctual attendance is essential, including availability for weekends and holidays.
