What you would do here:
As an HR Intern, you'll play a hands-on role in supporting the people who make our organization thrive. You'll gain real-world experience across multiple areas of human resources-including onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and talent development. This internship is perfect for someone who is curious, people-focused, and eager to explore what it's like to work as an HR professional.
What you already know and have done:
- Completed coursework in Human Resources or a related field
- Used tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (bonus if you've dabbled in HR software or collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams)
- Practiced confidentiality and professionalism in academic or work settings
- Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills in managing multiple tasks or deadlines
- Taken initiative, asked good questions, and worked well on a team
- Shown a genuine interest in people, culture, and what makes a workplace thrive
Ideally You Have:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
This is a part-time internship for our ten-week summer program, requiring in-person attendance at our Carmel, IN office on Mondays and Wednesdays.
