Overview

We're looking for a part time Facilities Specialist to join our Operations team

As a Facilities Specialist for Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen you will provide support across multiple aspects of the business which include, but are not limited to, operations, production, warehouse, service, technology, security, construction management and general building maintenance. You will specifically work in conjunction with the General Manager to create systems and processes to increase overall business efficiency and will audit existing processes on a regular basis to ensure they are performing as intended.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to warehouse team, service, or operations when short staffed.
  • Act as administrator for local tech (E.g. Formstack, phone systems, iPads, computers, security systems, etc.).
  • Create and support Teammate training around new and existing systems.
  • Fill in with warehouse duties as needed.
  • Work to streamline overall building requests and maintenance issues.
  • Provide support to service and installation managers as needed.
  • Be dependable and punctual with all appointments, documentation, and commitments.
  • Communicate closely with the GM, production, warehouse, ops, and service departments.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

  • Excellent team relations, empathetic & personable skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills of listening and speaking for handling customer conflicts.
  • Knowledgeable with tactful and diplomatic approach to tasks at hand.
  • Must be able to organize & prioritize.
  • Ability to adapt well and accept feedback in a changing environment.
  • Must be comfortable in a labor-intensive environment.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience working in a warehouse preferred.
