• Ensure the wash sink is clear of dishes

• Knowledge of boiling boba, temperature, time, and safety

• Restock boba cooler and milk cooler

• Restock ice

• Restock boba and cookie stations

• Restroom checks ensuring cleanliness and stock restroom needs

• Create a remarkable experience for guests by connecting with guests during dine-in

• Inform of any item needs to shift leader when low on stock

• Be accountable for your work

• Be flexible about job and task assignments

• Work safely

• Work with urgency to provide the speed of service

• Knowledge of the Farmer's Market procedures

• Understand all restock items should be done in a timely manner to better prepare for rush hours

• Communication with the team to provide team work, area coverage, and order fulfillments

• Executing all tasks assigned by the shift leader, on schedule, and to the highest standard

• Participating in meetings and voicing concerns as well as suggestions for improvement
