The Vice President of Supply Chain Operations will oversee specific customer accounts and warehouse sites, ensuring commercial success and operational excellence. Your role will encompass various aspects of wholesale, retail, and e-commerce fulfillment. As VP, you'll lead your team in the areas of Commercial, Operations, People, and P&L management.

Your Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with senior customer leadership, focusing on service excellence.
• Ensure site performance aligns with contractual KPIs and publish metrics based on customer and contractual priorities.
• Identify growth opportunities with established accounts and pursue upselling efforts.
• Coordinate solutions with customers to meet their requirements effectively.
• Collaborate with the Division President to set clear direction and strategy for the division, establishing connectivity between senior leadership and site operations.
• Drive operational excellence through clear expectations and effective leadership.
• Oversee Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to align all sites with defined standards.
• Ensure effective planning routines are in place for optimal resource allocation and flow.
• Manage the P&L for your group, focusing on revenue, profit attainment, and EBITDA budgeting.
• Oversee the onboarding process of new customers, including RFPs, pricing, and solution validation.
• Be a key stakeholder in commercial discussions, ensuring alignment with group objectives.
• Manage labor costs and optimize organizational structure to support operations and service excellence.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of progressive supply chain management experience in a distribution environment.
• Demonstrated skills in planning, project management, and analytics.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Extensive knowledge of industry principles, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 15 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management.
• MBA or advanced degree.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Experience in an ISO environment.
• Proven track record in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Experience building a diverse and inclusive workforce while fostering a culture of belonging.
