Job Description

What You'll Do:

  • Customer Engagement: Partner directly with executives, HR leaders, and IT stakeholders to understand their business challenges, guide them on their AI and digital transformation journey, and help Oracle become their trusted advisor.

  • AI Evangelism: Serve as a key voice for Oracle's innovative AI in HCM, building awareness of its transformative business value and unique differentiation among customers, prospects, and internal teams.

  • Showcase Innovation: Design, build, and deliver inventive AI- and data-driven demo assets, accelerators, and tools that bring the power of Oracle's HCM solutions to life in interactive and impactful ways.

  • Drive Adoption: Collaborate with sales, product, and presales teams to identify practical use cases, highlight customer success stories, and inspire confidence in AI's role in improving HR and workforce management.

  • Thought Leadership & Enablement: Represent Oracle at industry events, present in customer and internal webinars, and contribute to our thought leadership in the evolving fields of HCM and AI.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with solution engineering, consulting, sales, and product development teams to unify messaging, contribute to go-to-market plans, and help pilot new ideas.

  • Prototype and Scale: Experiment with new frameworks, reusable assets, and presales prototypes for AI in HCM-then lead the charge in scaling the best solutions across the team.

What You'll Bring:

  • Solid experience in HCM, HR technology, or enterprise solution engineering

  • Hands-on expertise in demos, RFx responses, and engaging executive presentations

  • In-depth understanding of AI/ML concepts, with a passion for applying them in real-world workforce scenarios

  • Outstanding communication skills to convey complex solutions simply and persuasively

  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for building, prototyping, and innovating

  • Track record of working cross-functionally and influencing without authority

Responsibilities

As a Principal Sales Consultant you will be responsible as the expert for formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Acts as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants. Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions. Develops productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants. Develops and delivers outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process. Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $45.43 to $85.63 per hour; from: $94,500 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 65/35 - 80/20.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
