- Ensure technically accurate OSHA recordkeeping determinations, including case classification, recordability decisions, and validation of data used for internal and external reporting.
- Maintain high-integrity datasets within TSA's Safety Information System (SIS) and Salesforce, ensuring completeness, consistency, and audit-ready quality standards.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards, scorecards, and analytical products, including Safety Scorecards, Safety Performance Reports, and executive-level trend analyses.
- Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, data-driven insights and visualizations for senior leadership, supporting risk-based decision making.
- Partner with OSH Regional Managers and Headquarters stakeholders to improve data governance, standardization, and analytical methodologies.

- Demonstrated experience in a data analyst, performance analyst, or metrics-driven role, preferably within a regulatory, compliance, or operational risk environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for large-scale data analysis and reporting.
- Strong technical understanding of OSHA injury and illness recordkeeping rules and rate calculations.
- Experience working with enterprise data systems (e.g., Salesforce or comparable platforms).
- Ability to communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
- Experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard development).
- Experience with Power Automate or similar workflow automation tools.
