Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is
seeking an Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Adult Medicine Physician to join a dedicated team at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn, NY. This position offers a competitive base salary with additional bonus opportunities and welcomes both experienced physicians and new graduates.

- Manage acute and chronic medical conditions in the geriatric population
- Conduct physical examinations and develop treatment plans
- Coordinate care with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Participate in care planning meetings and family conferences
