Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Client Onboarding Analyst, a W2 contract opportunity with one of its largest Investment clients

Candidates should be willing to work on our W2 ONLY, No c2c.

Job Title: Client Onboarding Analyst
Schedule: Hybrid
Location(s): Salt Lake City, UT
Contract Length: 6 months
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 1-3 of client service/financial institution experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization skills, ability to multi-task, and prioritize projects
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong client service orientation
  • General understanding of onboarding, KYC or regulatory requirements
  • Prior experience in related onboarding functions (e.g. Due Diligence, Agreement negotiation) is preferred
  • Experience/knowledge with ISDA, MRA and other trading agreements is preferred

Job Description

The Franchise New Business Group "FNBG" is the central point of contact for all aspects of client on- boarding/account opening. FNBG team members are aligned with specific sales desks and work closely with sales coverage, legal, credit risk, operations, compliance and clients to ensure an effective and smooth on-boarding process.
FNBG team members develop strong relationships with our institutional clients, which include asset managers, corporations, hedge funds and private equity. They are expected to play a key role in client relationship management and understanding dynamic changes in commercial demands of the business as well as grow subject matter expertise in onboarding and regulatory requirements. This is a dynamic, entrepreneurial team with a passion for documentation and the regulatory landscape, with individuals who thrive in fast-paced and changing environments.

Responsibilities
Current focus area: Onboarding of clients to Sponsored repurchase agreements and ancillary documents to allow for Clearing of US treasuries
Owning and driving the onboarding process on behalf of the desk for all client types and products
Use active discussions with Sales and our clients to manage the priority queue
Drive internal and external conversations to facilitate the negotiation of trading agreements: ISDA, MRA, CDEA, and MSFTA.
Develop in depth knowledge of all account opening requirements needed such as AML, KYC & product to legal entity alignment
Manage tight deadlines to ensure we meet clients' service level expectations: fund launches, market specific deadlines and trade dates
Provide excellent client service at time of onboarding
Demonstrate a sound appreciation of new business policies, and process enhancements
