Shift: 12 Hours - Night Shifts (6p-6a)
Job Schedule: Part time
Weekly Hours: 24.00
Salary Range: $32.25 - $48.00
Sign-On Bonus: $7500

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Long Term Care facility, you will play a vital role in providing personalized nursing care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care for residents.
  • Collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Carrying out preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment for residents.
  • Serving as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to nursing personnel while providing support to ensure quality care.

You will work within the standards of nursing practice and adhere to the ethical guidelines set forth by the American Nurses Association.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or multistate licensure if applicable.
  • Commitment to ongoing education and maintaining required competencies.
