Key Responsibilities

Design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions to automate agent workflows, enhance customer engagement, and improve operational efficiency.

Build, scale, and integrate AI into enterprise processes through Symbio initiatives, supporting smarter decision-making across business units.

Rapidly prototype and develop showcase-ready AI tools to demonstrate innovation and drive buy-in at leadership forums.

Perform technical assessment and integration of AI hardware, ensuring compliance with security, performance, and regulatory standards for sensitive workloads.

Provide technical guidance and support to contract engineers on AI projects, ensuring consistent delivery and high-quality standards.

Collaborate closely with business partners to mature use cases and enable AI adoption across the enterprise.

Mentor junior engineers and foster best practices in software engineering and DevOps within the team.

Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (equivalent work experience accepted).
-
5 or more years of experience designing, developing, and testing of software applications and/or infrastructure.
-
Demonstrated experience in developing applications using Python, .NET, and Java for end-user consumption, with responsibilities extending beyond model development or data analysis.
-
Hands on Experience with deploying, fine-tuning, consuming LLM (AI Models).
-
Must be able to demonstrate strong skills with modern tools and technologies such LLM, MCP, and other Gen AI tools.
-
Demonstrated ability to work complex technical projects from conception to completion.
-
Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies; experience performing lead engineer duties within agile teams.
-
Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
-
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
-
Extensive experience with DevOps practices and enterprise platforms (Azure DevOps, GitHub).
-
Proficiency in Git and repository management, including branching and environment management.
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to troubleshoot and experiment with new technologies.
Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform).

Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).

Experience with Artifactory for artifact repository management.

Familiarity with AI and machine learning techniques applied to business use cases.

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experience

Experience leading or mentoring development teams.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical discussions and leadership updates.

Proven track record of effective cross-functional collaboration.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$106,900 - $147,000 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
