Sales Territory Representative:

Target earnings of $50,000 to $100,000+
As a Leaf Home Sales Territory Representative, your mission will be to educate potential customers about the advantages of LeafFilter gutter protection and gutter replacement. You will learn to identify homeowner challenges through a quick inspection from the street, enabling you to suggest solutions offered by Leaf Home.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers by traveling within your assigned territory, conducting door-to-door outreach about Leaf Home products (local travel required).
- Use a consultative selling approach to inform consumers about the benefits of Leaf Home, gathering data for the sales team to arrange in-person product demonstrations.
- Report daily results to the management team while fostering a collaborative relationship with fellow sales representatives.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by professionally representing Leaf Home and providing accurate information about our products.
Experience and Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with various stakeholders.
- Highly motivated with a self-driven desire to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Customer-focused and results-oriented.
- Professional demeanor and attire.
Legal Eligibility:
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without visa sponsorship.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including inclement weather. Extended periods of walking and standing are required.
- Experience in field office, manufacturing, or construction environments.
- Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or control objects, including the human body.
