About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Seasonal Stockroom Operations Associate, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth store operations. Your primary focus will be processing freight efficiently, managing replenishments, and supporting omni-channel operations to enhance the shopping experience.
What You'll Do
- Receive and process incoming products, including unloading shipments and managing stockroom operations to fulfill omni-channel needs.
- Ensure sales floor is well-stocked by replenishing products based on sales trends and seasonal demands.
- Provide outstanding customer engagement by greeting shoppers and assisting them with product inquiries and needs.
- Maintain product protection standards to safeguard our inventory.
- Assist in the training of new associates on Kohl's brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, and other essential resources as required by store leadership.

- Acting with integrity and fostering a collaborative, inclusive work culture.
- Utilizing sound judgment when making decisions; collaborating with appropriate partners as needed.
- Providing excellent customer service by anticipating customer needs and effectively resolving any issues.
- Supporting point of sale and customer service teams to ensure quick service and a great shopping experience.
- Aiming to meet or exceed individual performance goals such as productivity and customer loyalty.
- Managing multiple responsibilities within designated timeframes.
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety standards to protect our associates and customers.
- Receiving and responding proactively to directions from supervisors and company leadership.
- Taking on additional tasks as assigned.
What Skills You Have
Required
- Strong customer service abilities with keen attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, alongside strong interpersonal abilities.
- No previous retail experience is necessary; we welcome all applicants.
- Ages 16 and older may apply.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred
- Experience in client-facing retail or service industries.
Pay Starts At: $13.00
