What we offer:
- Compensation: Enjoy an average salary of $80,000-$90,000 in your first year.
- Minimum guaranteed salary of $65,000 annually.

Your role as a CDL-A Delivery Driver:
- Conduct thorough inspections of your tractor-trailer before and after trips and submit required DOT inspection reports.
- Verify bills of lading and manage store keys accurately during off-hour deliveries.
- Safely operate your tractor-trailer, adhering to all commercial driving regulations and demonstrating exceptional driving skills.
- Maintain accurate driver logs in accordance with DOT regulations, documenting deliveries, product temperatures, and any exceptions.
- Unload the trailer and deliver products to customer premises.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications we are looking for:
- A minimum age of 21 years.
- Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A).
- At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of experience driving a tractor-trailer.
- Must meet McLane's motor vehicle record (MVR) and risk rating qualifications.
- The ability to read, write, and understand English sufficiently to perform job-related tasks safely and effectively, including safety protocols and work instructions.
