Start your new career as a Technical Delivery Manager. As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring that they meet the technical specifications, quality standards, and business objectives. This position requires a strong background in technology and project management, as you will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and delivering projects within scope, time, and budget constraints. Willingness to work outside of job description when the need arises to ensure the success of projects.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering)
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a technical environment
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and project management methodologies
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (good soft skills are a must)
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment
  • Hands on software development experience is a plus
  • 5+ years of managing the delivery of complex enterprise applications and integrations
  • 5+ years of managing software engineers and systems analysts in a deadline driven environment
  • Experience in full-cycle software delivery as a business analyst or developer, with experience in delivering products utilizing cloud services
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor team progress
  • Foster a positive team environment and address any conflicts or challenges
  • Utilize a deep understanding of technical concepts and technologies relevant to the project
  • Evaluate technical requirements and provide guidance to team members
  • Collaborate with technical leads to ensure project alignment with organizational technology standards
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and personal interaction skills as well as the ability to multitask and understand prioritization of deliverables
  • Manage project resources efficiently, including personnel, equipment, and materials
  • Identify and address resource constraints or bottlenecks
  • Optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints
  • Monitor and control project costs, providing regular updates to stakeholders
  • Establish and enforce quality standards for project deliverables
  • Implement testing and quality control processes to ensure the reliability of the final product
  • Maintain clear and open communication channels with team members, stakeholders, and upper management
  • Provide regular project status updates, highlighting achievements, challenges, and upcoming milestones
  • Proactively identify and manage changes in project scope, ensuring that adjustments are properly documented and communicated
  • Evaluate the impact of changes on project timelines and budgets
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
