As a Senior Software Engineer , you'll shape both the technology and the culture, driving scalable customer-facing products while redefining how teams work with AI-assisted development. Compensation: $150 - 190K based on experience

What You'll Be Doing
  • Leading and mentoring a team of 5-7 engineers, including contractors
  • Driving full-stack development across backend and frontend systems
  • Designing scalable services, APIs, and data models
  • Shaping UI/UX implementations using a component-driven design system
  • Establishing engineering standards, patterns, and best practices
  • Championing AI-assisted development workflows across the team
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to plan roadmaps and delivery timelines
What You'll Need to be Considered
  • Advanced full-stack expertise with Python, NestJS, React, and MongoDB
  • Experience designing GraphQL APIs and scalable architectures
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow engineering teams
  • Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor)
  • Strong technical judgment and architectural decision-making skills
