- Cross-Functional Program Coordination:
- Drive and coordinate work across multiple stakeholder groups ensuring alignment and timely completion of dependencies.
- Program Management & Reporting:
- Develop and manage comprehensive project documentation, reporting, timelines, risk/issue tracking, and all audit-related materials.
- Translate ambiguous regulatory and business requirements into structured workstreams, actionable plans, and clear next steps for working teams.
- Data Strategy & Roadmap Development:
- Partner with leadership to define and sequence the Data Strategy & CapabilityRoadmap, specifically focused on data use and governance.

- Process & Control Improvement:
- Support the design and planning of updated data processes, control enhancements, and improved access governance frameworks across the Card ecosystem.
- 7-12+ years of experience in program management, strategic consulting, governance, or regulatory-driven roles.
- Proven background in successfully managing complex, large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs with high visibility.
- Direct experience supporting audits, regulatory examinations, compliance initiatives, or significant risk/governance work.
- Strong ability to operate independently, bring immediate structure to ambiguous requirements, and drive outcomes without heavy supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated executive presence and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with regulated and sensitive data environments (e.g., FCRA, NPI, PCI).
