Join Our Team as a Maintenance Supervisor

What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Lead and nurture a skilled maintenance team by hiring, training, coaching, and conducting regular performance reviews to ensure excellence.
  • Create and manage a proactive maintenance schedule, collaborating closely with Production to keep all equipment in optimal and safe working condition.
  • Enhance reliability and safety by complying with OSHA guidelines, managing Safety Committee actions, and ensuring adherence to OEM/OSHA standards.
  • Maintain an organized workspace by efficiently managing storerooms, maintaining effective levels of spare parts, and ensuring accurate and accessible documentation and work orders.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate across departments, representing the Maintenance team in management meetings, reporting on initiatives and KPIs, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Deliver impactful projects by partnering with Engineering for capital improvements, including scoping, estimating, and managing maintenance projects.
  • Control expenses by making smart purchasing decisions, negotiating with vendors, and overseeing the annual maintenance budget.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with CMMS/maintenance software (e.g., MIT Pro 7.0), PLC logic, and thorough documentation practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); exposure to CAD and E-Plan is a plus.
  • Excellent reasoning skills with the ability to break down complex electrical and mechanical concepts and articulate them effectively to others.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in clear, professional English.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

  • Work is performed in both manufacturing and office settings, occasionally outdoors, with moderate noise levels.
  • Physical tasks include standing, bending, reaching, twisting, pushing/pulling, and squatting/kneeling throughout an 8-hour shift.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be comfortable working in varying conditions, including hot/humid or cold environments as necessary.
