Restaurant Operations Assistant

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of 4-12 employees, assigning tasks, and evaluating performance

  • Assisting with product ordering and managing inventory

Prerequisites:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred, with prior supervisory experience considered an asset.

Essential Functions: Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to engage with team members at all levels. Familiarity with computer systems is a plus.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to work in various areas of the restaurant and use computerized point-of-sale systems/cash registers. This role involves bending, standing, and walking throughout the workday. The ability to lift up to 30 pounds is necessary on occasion.

Positions are available for full-time or part-time employment, with shifts during the day, evening, and weekends varying by location.
