Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for customers throughout the entire repair process, from drop-off to vehicle delivery.
  • Prepare detailed estimates for customers and insurance partners in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and Classic Collision standards.
  • Collaborate with insurance companies to manage customer claims for an optimal experience.
  • Keep customers informed with regular updates on their repair progress.
  • Work closely with technicians to ensure all damage is accurately assessed.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores as per company expectations.
  • Conduct quality inspections prior to vehicle handover to the customer.
  • Perform other applicable duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Valid Driver's License is required.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and in-person communication skills.
  • Previous experience in collision estimating is preferred.
  • Familiarity with estimating systems such as CCC1 is a plus.
  • I-CAR or ASE certification is preferred.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Successful completion of a background check is necessary.

Physical & Environmental Demands:

This role requires the use of hands for various tasks and necessitates effective communication skills.
