Temporary warehouse openings in USA Parkway

Spherion Staffing Reno, NV is recruiting for 10 day shift warehouse positions for flower distribution center in USA Parkway from February 9th-February 20th.
$19.50 per hour, 6am-2:30pm

We are looking for energetic, detail-oriented individuals to join our clients warehouse team during our peak floral season. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be the backbone of our clients distribution process, ensuring that fresh flowers and floral arrangements are handled with care and shipped out on time to brighten our customers' days.

This is a temporary, fast-paced role located in the heart of the USA Parkway industrial hub. If you enjoy staying active and working in a cool, climate-controlled environment, this is the perfect spot for you.

Responsibilities:
Order Picking: Accurately select floral products and supplies based on digital or printed pick sheets.

Quality Control: Inspect flowers for freshness and ensure only the highest quality blooms are packaged.

Packing: Securely wrap and box delicate arrangements to prevent damage during transit.

Receiving: Assist in unloading shipments and organizing inventory within our temperature-controlled floral cooler.

Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean and organized to ensure a safe working environment.

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Reliability: Punctuality is critical, especially during high-volume holiday surges.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours and lift up to 30-50 lbs.

Attention to Detail: Ability to distinguish between different flower varieties and colors.
