Join Our Team as a Senior Knowledge Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled consultant to lead the design, configuration, activation, and support of education, knowledge sharing, and product release communications for our internal solution consultants working with Oracle Health Millennium solutions across various Federal agencies including the Department of Defense, United States Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs, and Indian Health Service. Our team is driven, knowledgeable and passionate about enhancing electronic health record systems for service members, their beneficiaries, and Native American communities.

A Senior Knowledge Consultant operates independently to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs, applying Oracle methodology and best practices. Your excellence in developing engaging content and collaborating with internal stakeholders will ensure our team remains at the forefront of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise on domain, implementation approaches, and workflow design.

  • Create and develop associate-facing content based on technical and methodological documentation.

  • Educate associates on leveraging methodology and standard recommendations effectively.

  • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize content enhancements and process improvements.

  • Monitor and manage issues through our problem management process as necessary.

  • Implement process improvement strategies to elevate our consulting services.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in relevant functional or technical roles with a strong understanding of Oracle Health EHR Millennium product(s).

  • Ability to communicate effectively and forge strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.

  • At least 2 years of experience in healthcare information technology consulting, support, or client-facing IT solution roles.

  • Experience in EHR product configuration and building, relevant to training and support.

  • Preferred experience in Behavioral Health, Women's Health, Radiology, or Perioperative settings.
