POSITION OVERVIEW

Integrity In-Home Care LLC is seeking a dependable and compassionate Personal Care Aide (PCA) to provide direct, hands-on care to a male client in the Aiken area. This position requires professionalism, reliability, and the ability to follow an established schedule without changes.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable performing personal care tasks, assisting with daily routines, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment for the client.

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS

Monday–Friday

9:00 AM–1:00 PM (4-hour shifts)

No weekend work

Must be able to work all scheduled hours consistently

Start date: Monday, November 18, 2025

RESPONSIBILITIES

The PCA will provide direct patient care, which may include:

Personal hygiene assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing)

Mobility assistance and safe transfers

Meal preparation and feeding assistance

Light housekeeping related to client care

Documentation of daily tasks and progress

Maintaining client safety and reporting any concerns

Following the client’s approved Plan of Care

Providing companionship and supportive interaction

Respecting client privacy, confidentiality, and boundaries

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Prior caregiving or PCA experience required

Must be comfortable with hands-on, direct personal care

Ability to lift, bend, and safely assist with mobility

Strong communication and professionalism

Reliable transportation

Must pass all pre-employment screenings:

Drug test

SLED background check

Office of Inspector General (OIG) check

Must complete and pass competency training before starting

Must provide 3 professional references (former supervisors, coworkers, or clients—not friends or family)
