Education & Licensure
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Graduate degree (MSN or DNP) from an accredited NP program
- State Nurse Practitioner (APRN) licensure
- DEA registration (if prescribing controlled substances)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Continuing education to maintain certification and licensure
- Proficient in conducting physical exams, patient histories, and diagnostic assessments
- Experience performing and/or assisting with clinical procedures (as applicable to specialty)
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR systems)
