Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HVAC/Refrigeration Technician to become a vital part of our team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC and refrigeration systems.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues to ensure peak performance.
  • Performing regular maintenance and inspections to safeguard against system failures.
  • Reading blueprints and technical specifications for installations.
  • Collaborating with team members and contractors for efficient project completion.
  • Maintaining thorough records of all work completed.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance service quality.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration maintenance and repair.
  • EPA certification for handling refrigerants.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and related electrical and mechanical components.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A technical school diploma or completion of an apprenticeship program.
