As a Clinical Resource Director, you will directly impact patient care while driving innovation and efficiency within our organization.
Job Summary and Responsibilities
The Clinical Resource Director will lead our supply expense initiatives for clinical resource management across our facilities. This includes:
- Developing strategies to reduce supply expenses while maintaining quality care.
- Identifying opportunities for cost improvements, particularly in high-expense departments.
- Analyzing supply expenses to detect variances and creating plans to address them.
- Facilitating discussions on product efficacy and technology at value analysis meetings.
- Fostering strong relationships with hospital leadership and clinical teams to enhance satisfaction and collaboration.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in healthcare value analysis, supply chain, or acute care operations.
- Three to five years of leadership experience in clinical settings preferred.
- Relevant certifications like LPN/RN, CMRP, or CVAHP are advantageous.
