Highlights: Lead a team of 7 psychiatrists and APRNs across outpatient, residential, and crisis services Shape long-term strategy in partnership with executive leadership Drive quality improvement and ensure compliance with state regulatory standards Collaborate with local healthcare systems and community stakeholders Consult on complex clinical cases and support crisis response teams What We Offer: Up to $265,000 fixed salary and $10,000 relocation Student loan reimbursement Flexible schedule with reduced or optional clinical hours Supportive, mission-driven organization with robust infrastructure and funding Full benefits: 401k w/ match, PTO, CME time allowance, malpractice, medical/dental/vision coverage What We're Looking For: BC Psychiatrist - Training in Child & Adolescent or Addiction preferred 3 yrs of leadership experience preferred Must live in or be willing to relocate to Central Vermont Why Vermont?
