Active Kentucky Physical Therapist Licensed Required
AHA/ ARC - CPR/ BLS Card Required

Outpatient Experience is preferred.
Will accept New Grads? yes
Will accept First Time Travelers? yes
36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.
Float to other clinics: no
Patient Population: Orthopedics, usually conservative and some athletes/geriatric- gait, balance etc.
Productivity expectation is 60 visits/ week; Will seepatients/day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected
