Position Highlights:

  • Clinic Location: Colton, CA
  • Work Environment: Outpatient primary care involving office consults, annual visits, follow-ups, and in-office procedures.
  • Appointment Schedule: Monday - Friday; 40/20 minutes allocated for consults and follow-up appointments.
  • Average Patient Load: 20 patients per day.
  • Comfortable treating patients from pediatric to geriatric age groups; performing general in-office procedures.
  • Support Staff: Medical Assistant dedicated to rooming patients, taking vitals, handling RX refills, and managing follow-up appointments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.
  • Completion of 2+ years of residency training in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med/Peds prior to start date.
  • Postgraduate Training License or Unrestricted California State Medical License is required before beginning work.
  • Current DEA certificate and ACLS certification must be obtained before starting.
  • PALS certification is also required (if applicable).

The compensation for this role typically falls between $226,000 - $366,000. Total cash compensation incorporates base pay and bonuses and is influenced by various factors, including local labor market conditions, education, and experience.
