Licensed Insurance Sales Consultant

We are seeking a motivated Licensed Insurance Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team In this role, you will be responsible for quoting and selling insurance policy premiums to incoming sales prospects generated from advertising. Your exceptional customer service skills will be vital in assisting both new and existing customers in selecting the best insurance products to meet their needs.
Enjoy a starting base pay of $25/hour, complemented by an uncapped bonus plan On average, our representatives earn an additional $2,000 per month through variable compensation, with the potential to earn up to $5,000 as we continue to expand our services across multiple states.
You will work with warm leads to educate clients, provide them with quotes, and sell various insurance products, including automobile, homeowners, and umbrella insurance. Demonstrating the advantages of our offerings and effectively addressing any objections to purchase will be key to your success.
To qualify for this position, you must currently hold an active Property and Casualty Producer's License or a Personal Lines License. Bilingual candidates can also earn a 7% shift premium for their skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Quote and sell insurance products.
- Follow up on any missing information to close sales via phone or email.
- Participate in required training and maintain an active property casualty license.
- Clearly explain insurance concepts and coverages to clients.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong attention to detail to provide accurate quotes.
- Ability to manage multiple computer systems/screens simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for clarifying insurance concepts to clients.
Additional Information:
- Travel Requirements: Up to 10%
- Physical Requirements: Primarily sitting/standing.
