About Us:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Communications Associate to join our team. This role is integral to enhancing our communication strategies and ensuring cohesive messaging across various platforms. The ideal candidate will assist in the development and implementation of internal and external communications plans that align with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of communications strategies and campaigns.
- Create, edit, and distribute engaging content for various platforms including newsletters, social media, and the company website.
- Monitor media coverage and report on trends related to the organization.
- Assist in the organization of events and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all departments.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar for social media and communication outputs.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with graphic design software and content management systems is a plus.
