Role

ServiceNow CMDB/Snow Mirror Data Modeler

Required Technical Skill Set

  1. Proficient in data model design for CMDB including design of entity relationships, data flows and conceptual and logical data models, data dictionaries.
  2. Proficient in reporting and analysis, particularly with respect to CMDB quality and process compliance
  3. Strong knowledge in ServiceNow CMDB back-end database
  4. Strong knowledge on Snow Mirror database configuration
  5. Strong knowledge on Snow Mirror data replication
  6. Experience in building data models for ServiceNow CMDB Data Model
  7. Experience in migrating ServiceNow CMDB data to external database
  8. Experience in mapping ServiceNow Application fields to back-end databases
  9. Strong knowledge in writing page long complex SQL/Snowflake queries to join 20+ tables from CMDB/Snow Mirror database to create denormalized layer for reporting.
  10. Strong data modelling experience for Analytical and Reporting Layer for BI and Big data environments
  11. Should be well versed working in Agile methodology.
  12. Very Good communication skill.
