El Departamento de Servicios Públicos Húmedos apoya los sistemas de servicios subterráneos rellenando y compactando adecuadamente las zanjas después de la instalación de tuberías.

Para ser considerado para el puesto, debes:
  • Tener al menos 2 año de experiencia instalando servicios subterráneos en:
    • Agua, sanitario, pluvial.
    • Instalacion de RCP/HDPE.
    • Leer planos y asegurar que la tuberia este perfectamente alineada.
  • Experiencia colocando de 500 pies² a 600 pies² de tuberia por dia.
  • Transporte confiable de ida y vuelta al lugar de trabajo.
  • Poder aprobar un examen antidrogas y verificación de antecedentes antes del empleo.

Pago esentre $27/hora y $30/hora. La semana laboral promedio es de 40 a 60 horas.
Este trabajo es físicamente exigente y se realiza al aire libre

Responsabilidades:
  • Asegurar que la zanja esté correctamente preparada y excavada de acuerdo con la pendiente y las especificaciones del proyecto
  • Verificar el grado en el fondo de la zanja usando herramientas apropiadas como varilla de nivel o nivel láser
  • Palear, nivelar y afinar la capa de grava previa a la colocación de la tubería
  • Ensamblar, conectar e instalar sistemas de tuberías subterráneas, incluyendo alcantarillado sanitario, agua y drenaje pluvial
  • Confirmar la alineación y ajuste correctos de la tubería antes de rellenar la zanja
  • Usar varilla de nivel o nivel láser para verificar que la tubería se haya colocado con la pendiente adecuada
  • Colaborar estrechamente con operadores de maquinaria y otros miembros del equipo para mantener el flujo de trabajo y la seguridad en el sitio
