Nielsen Ford of Morristown is seeking an experienced and driven Automotive Shop Foreman/Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently dispatching work based on technician skill levels, while focusing on profitability, productivity, and exceptional customer service. This role demands strong time management, leadership, and a deep understanding of used vehicle certification and reconditioning processes. 

Pay Rate: Up to $100,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign work to technicians based on individual skills and specialties
  • Train and mentor technicians to perform high-quality repairs and MPI's efficiently 
  • Ensure the shop operates smoothly and meets profitability targets 
  • Support team collaboration and maintain high standards of service and workmanship 

Qualifications:

  • Strong mechanical background is required 
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in automotive dispatch preferred
  • Proven ability to train and develop technicians 
  • ASE certifications and completion of a technical automotive program are highly preferred
