At Corporate Message Service (CMS), our dedicated Customer Experience Agents are the vital link that ensures seamless and critical services are delivered every single day. You won't just be answering calls; you'll be the architect of exceptional outcomes for our clients and the countless individuals who depend on them. This is a Hybrid position. You will work some days in the office and other from the comfort of your own home.

Your job will be to professionally handle incoming calls, greet callers, provide and request required information, transfer calls, or take messages as necessary. You will work on our state-of-the-art call processing system and will be trained on a variety of call center tools to help properly prioritize customer needs. We are an inbound call center only; we do not perform outbound telemarketing or hard sales calls.

To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone
  • Strong command of the English language with good spelling and grammar
  • Computer skills in a Windows-based environment
  • Great attendance
  • The ability to type 35 words per minute or more
  • Customer service experienced is a plus (but not required)

Compensation: $15/Hr

Shifts:
  • Full Time - 40 hours per week
    • Saturday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:30am-8:30pm (Off Sunday, Monday, & Wednesday)
    • Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 9:30am-8:30pm (Off Sunday, Thursday, & Friday)
  • Training will last approximately one week. On your second week, you will move to your new set schedule.
