We are looking for a detail-oriented LPN to join our team at NCC Solutions. You will be providing services to adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. We are currently looking to fill full and part time positions with flexible schedules available.
NCC Solutions provides full and part time employees with several benefits, including: paid time off, holiday pay, referral bonuses, longevity bonuses, medical packages, 403(b) retirements plans, tuition reimbursement, CEU reimbursement and discounts with several local companies. We have a low nurse to individual ratio. We also pay a $1.00/hour differential for weekend shifts. $27 per hour weekdays and $28 per hour weekends.

Main Duties will include:

  • Providing supervision and professional care to the individuals under the direction of the Registered Nurse
  • Provide training and guidance to Direct Support Professionals
  • Administration of medication as required
  • Providing assistance with routine treatments and nursing services/tasks
  • Monitoring the medical needs of individuals, communicating any change of status, and providing direction in accordance to the level of care needed
  • Contribute to the nursing plan of care
  • Maintain infection control logs
Requirements

Minimum requirements include:
  • Graduate of accredited school of nursing
  • Licensed by the State of Ohio and current on all CEUs
  • Valid Ohio driving license
  • Competent with computer skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to delegate tasks
  • Ability to maintain a calm demeanor
