We are actively seeking a Dental Associate to enhance our growing team and support our mission to deliver excellent dental care.
Responsibilities: As a Dental Associate, you will provide essential dental services to our patients while being supported by a dedicated team. Our practice features:
- DentaPro software
- Digital x-ray and Panorex units
- Fiber-optic handpieces
- Yearly OSHA and HIPPA training
- Emergency Management training
Our patient base primarily consists of ages 3-21, with up to 30% adult patients depending on location. You can expect an office flow of around 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients daily. The practice works with a range of payor mixes including state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network.
What We Offer:
- Guaranteed base pay of $800/day with uncapped earning potential
- Sign-on bonus of $40,000

Qualifications: We seek candidates with:
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program
- Current, valid dental license in states where care is provided or eligibility for licensure
- CPR, DEA, and any other required certifications
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only applicable in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- A compassionate approach to dental care for both children and adults
