About the Role:

As a Manager at Starbucks, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store while delivering exceptional customer service. Minimum Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of baristas and support staff, providing guidance and training to ensure high performance.
  • Manage daily operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Implement marketing initiatives and promotions to drive sales and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
