About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to own end-to-end revenue processes in a high-growth AI company. This role will ensure accurate revenue recognition, scale billing operations globally, and drive automation while supporting the build-out of revenue reporting using tools like Superset.
Responsibilities
  • Own the full revenue cycle: order-to-cash, billing, collections, revenue recognition, and month-end close.
  • Oversee and reconcile revenue across all our internal systems.
  • Lead the migration from manual to automated workflows; document and implement scalable processes.
  • Ensure compliance with ASC 606 across domestic and international revenue streams, including multi-element arrangements.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Legal to review contracts and non-standard deals for proper revenue treatment.
  • Work with the team to oversee sales-tax, VAT/GST, and indirect tax compliance in collaboration with Anrok and external advisors.
  • Build and maintain revenue dashboards and reporting (ARR, MRR, churn, deferred revenue waterfalls) using Superset and other BI tools.
  • Drive system integrations
  • Mentor a small revenue operations team and establish best-in-class practices.
  • Support audits and serve as the primary revenue point of contact for leadership.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA qualification
  • 8+ years of progressive revenue accounting experience in SaaS, subscription, or technology companies.
  • Deep expertise in ASC 606 and complex revenue arrangements.
  • Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Stripe Billing, Anrok (or similar tax tools), and Excel/Google Sheets; NetSuite experience a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Superset (SQL, dashboard design, data modeling).
  • Proven success automating manual revenue processes and scaling systems at high-growth startups.
  • Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain technical revenue topics to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Experience with international revenue (multi-currency, VAT/GST) strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Annual Salary Range
