Unlike traditional assisted living facilities, we are a neighborhood of homes, where Care Partners provide support in a family style setting. There are no long hallways or ever changing floor assignments where you feel as if you never get to know the people you are helping. Each Villa houses only 12 Elders, with a 1:6 caregiver-to-Elder ratio allowing you to build real relationships and provide care that truly matters.

What You'll Do

As a Care Partner, you'll provide hands-on care in a way that feels like family, not just work:

  • Assist with bathing, dressing, and personal care
  • Help with medications and health monitoring
  • Prepare and serve home-cooked meals
  • Engage in meaningful activities and companionship
  • Handle light housekeeping and laundry
  • Most importantly, create a warm, nurturing home for the Elders

Qualifications
• 6+ months of healthcare experience or C.N.A./HHA certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18+ years old or 21+ years for overnight
• Reliable transportation

Job Types:
  • Full-time: 40 hours per week
  • Part-time: 16-24 hours per week
Flexible Scheduling:
  • 8-hour shifts available
  • Day: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
  • Evening: 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm
  • Night: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
  • Monday - Sunday | Rotating weekends
