Incentives:

Your Role:

  • Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient environment conducive to optimal patient care.
  • Utilize aseptic surgical techniques in preparing materials and equipment for procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining a sterile field and anticipate the Surgeons' needs during operations.
  • Set up the operating room, move equipment, and ensure readiness for each case.
  • Transport patients and maintain specialty carts or items with necessary supplies.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of patient care appropriate to varied age groups.

Qualifications:

  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association within 6 months.
  • Completion of an accredited program in Surgical Technology.
  • No prior experience required, making this an excellent opportunity for recent graduates.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and manage stress effectively.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. and perform various physical tasks with safety.
  • Work with exposure to potential hazards while following safety protocols.
