Job Description:
Position Description
With the implementation of a new ServiceNow environment, we are looking to validate and enhance our existing Asset Management processes as they transition into the new platform. This role will bring valuable ServiceNow Asset Management expertise to the team. As the SME, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with the current Asset Management team to assess current practices, identify opportunities for process improvement, and help ensure that optimized, well-designed workflows are implemented in the new system.
Future Duties and Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide expertise in leveraging ServiceNow to support and enhance Asset Management processes. This individual will ensure that all Asset Management workflows are effectively implemented in the new system and will help strengthen the overall reliability and maturity of the organization's Asset Management capabilities.

Required Qualifications to be successful in this role
Essential Qualifications for this role include:

. Proven experience in Asset Management, with a strong understanding of core AM processes.
. Hands-on experience working with ServiceNow, specifically within Asset Management modules.
. Ability to collaborate with existing teams to understand current processes and translate them into effective ServiceNow implementations.
. Minimum education: High School Diploma

Desired Qualifications for this role include:

. Experience identifying opportunities to improve or optimize business processes.
. Background supporting system transitions or implementations in an enterprise environment.
. Strong communication skills and the ability to guide teams through process adoption.
