As a Warehouse Automation Software Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Cencora's core business operations through the implementation and management of vital Material Handling Software solutions. Your major responsibilities will include:

• Leading project teams in the implementation and testing of software, ensuring that functional and interface specifications are met.

• Managing enhancement projects for Material Handling Equipment (MHE), from evaluation to deployment.

• Providing training and support for automated Material Handling solutions to ensure optimum performance.

• Contributing to the design and implementation of cybersecurity measures tailored to our technological needs.

General Duties:

• Gathering and preparing user requirements and documentation materials for system support/modifications.

• Creating and launching training programs that empower end-users to effectively utilize new or upgraded systems.

• Supporting business intelligence initiatives and participating in related projects.

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to support business operations.

• Performing various related duties as assigned.

Education Requirements:

• A four-year bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is typically required.

Experience Requirements:

• A minimum of six (6) years of progressively responsible experience related to Software solutions is required.

Skills & Knowledge Needed:

• Proficient programming skills in SQL Server/Oracle or Visual Studio/Java.

• Experience with Warehouse Material Handling and Automation Systems is essential.

• Proven expertise in writing test plans and executing various testing methodologies.

• Familiarity with XML, JSON, SFTP, and Telnet is advantageous.

• Knowledge of Python, Azure, PowerBI, Databricks, and VMWare is a plus.

• Understanding of Functional and Interface Specification, along with integration processes, is beneficial.

• Excellent analytical problem-solving skills, particularly with debugging applications and interface messaging.

The salary for this position ranges from $88,700 to $126,940, based on national averages and location adjustments.
