In the role of Senior Product Manager for our E-Commerce Solutions, you will spearhead the development of our digital storefronts and consumer-focused channels. This impactful role within the Digital Shopping team focuses on enhancing the shopping experience across various digital platforms including e-commerce, mobile, and kiosks while optimizing digital payments and loyalty programs.
We are looking for a tech-savvy leader who can harness the latest technology trends to create a highly adaptable and effective shopping platform. Your mission includes ensuring that our product evolution not only meets technical innovation standards but also provides a seamless and engaging user experience that redefines digital shopping.
- Define the Consumer E-commerce Standard: Lead the vision for a comprehensive consumer e-commerce technology that enables the creation of top-tier shopping experiences across all ordering platforms.
- Enable E-commerce Flexibility & Customization: Innovate the core web product into a modular platform that empowers B2B clients (dispensaries) to enhance their digital storefronts with customizable designs and content, all without needing IT support.
- Optimize Kiosk Shopping Experience: Develop an unparalleled Kiosk product that delivers a reliable and user-friendly in-store ordering experience, driving efficiency and revenue for our partners.
- Elevate the Branded Mobile App: Strategically manage the roadmap for our Branded Mobile App, ensuring it delivers a personalized, engaging shopping experience that drives customer retention.
- Establish Technical Excellence: Guarantee that the foundational e-commerce platform employs modern best practices, including superior SEO, web performance, and robust hosting architecture.
- Up-Level Product Team Expertise: Mentor the Digital Shopping Product Team by sharing your extensive technical and design knowledge and establishing best practices in UX, visual design, and B2B product development.
- Drive Platform Modernization: Lead the strategy to decouple and modularize the e-commerce front-end, allowing for dynamic customization for our B2B customers.
- Channel Ownership: Own the E-commerce Customization, Kiosk, and Branded Mobile App initiatives, setting KPIs, roadmaps, and prioritizing features for each area.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate closely with engineering on technical choices regarding web architecture and data integration, articulating complex concepts into actionable business results.
- Design and UX Leadership: Work with design teams to deliver a cohesive and delightful user experience across all digital platforms.
- Consumer Insight & Validation: Implement ongoing user research, A/B testing, and feedback mechanisms to validate assumptions and swiftly optimize shopping interfaces for enhanced conversion and usability.
- 5+ years of substantial product management experience with a successful track record in managing multi-channel digital products (web, mobile, kiosks).
- Experience in B2B Software is essential: Expertise in creating products for business customers with a deep understanding of configuration and enablement tools.
- Technical Depth: In-depth knowledge of web technologies and SEO strategies, plus familiarity with CMS roles in personalization and data flow.
- User Experience & Visual Design Expertise: Strong foundation in UX principles and a proven ability to work with design teams to produce high-quality, polished products.
- Experience with QA and Testing: A background in guiding QA practices, setting acceptance criteria, and managing testing cycles to ensure product integrity.
- Channel Strategy: Proven ability to deliver and oversee products in web and mobile environments.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills to navigate complex dependencies between product, engineering, and design teams.
This position comes with a competitive starting salary ranging from $149,000 - $201,000, along with a comprehensive rewards package that includes:
