Responsibilities:
- Ensure each guest has an outstanding experience by providing top-notch service.
- Lead by example and hold team members accountable to operational excellence and quality standards.
- Reflect on and address challenges proactively, displaying vulnerability and openness in leadership.
- Encourage open lines of communication between team members and management.
- Inspire change and support restaurant initiatives by showing effective leadership.
- Combine heart and mind in your approach to management.
- Utilize Chili's management systems to effectively control costs and improve business results.
- Implement operational systems, including following the Manager Timeline and conducting quality checks.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members for advancement opportunities.
- Enhance guest engagement and build relationships within the community.
- Implement safety and food handling protocols diligently.
- Embody and promote Chili's culture and values: Every Guest Counts, Food Perfection, Be Accountable, Play Restaurant.
