- Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test
- Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure
- Food Handlers' certification
- First Aid certification
- Provides assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensures residents' care needs are met.
- Records care provided in the Matrix Electronic Medical Record System and follows medication administration procedures.
- Responds to medical emergencies, providing basic first aid and following protocol.
- Assists with meal service, monitors food intake, and helps residents during mealtimes.
- Transports residents with appropriate assistance and encourages participation in social activities.
- Reports changes in resident condition to the Assisted Living Director and maintain confidentiality.
- Assists with training new staff, supports resident care plans, and ensures proper safety and infection control measures are followed.
