What We’re Looking For

We are seeking enthusiastic valet attendants who:

  • Enjoy working outdoors.

  • Love driving all makes and models of vehicles.

    Key Responsibilities

As a Valet Parking Attendant, your duties include:

  • Greeting arriving and departing guests and opening passenger doors.

  • Providing claim checks and instructing guests on how to reclaim vehicles.

  • Inspecting vehicles and accurately marking pre-existing damage on valet tickets.

  • Parking guest vehicles in specified areas safely and efficiently.

  • Retrieving guest vehicles in a timely manner.

  • Promoting courteous treatment of customers and resolving guest service issues.

  • Following all departmental procedures and policies to ensure safe and secure operations.

  • Setting high personal performance standards and encouraging team members to do the same.

  • Handling cash transactions efficiently, including tips, payments, and change.

  • Reporting tips in accordance with proper procedure.

  • Performing any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age

  • 2+ years of driving experience

  • Valid drivers license

  • Acceptable driving record

  • Ability to drive a stick shift preferred by not required

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Friendly and outgoing

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • Adhere to all regulatory, company and departmental policies and procedures

  • Must project professionalism

  • Professional appearance; neatly groomed (no visible tattoos)

  • Must be able to jog, walk and stand for long periods of time (8-9 hours)

  • Must be able to respond calmly and professionally when handling conflicts

  • Must be able to work independently and in a team environment

  • Demonstrated stable, punctual work history
